Pros

Laid back management. You get a sense they care about you. Decent pay. Good insurance. During the pandemic, they made sure we stayed open. Did everything in their power to keep everyone’s job and they did. They have never had a layoff and they stayed true to that during COVID.

Cons

Only one issue I have here. They like to go by seniority. Some folks have been there for YEARS and do nothing for production. Everyone else has to pick up the slack

The Management is amazing, everyone was so kind for a factory setting that can be a bit stressful sometimes.

Cons

The pay could be a lot better, $16 isn't much to live on. The raises are also aren't that great.
