As others have mentioned, some teams are solid and made up of good people.

Cons

High turnover — no job stability. Working holidays and weekends is common and generally expected. Leadership lacks clear direction. Employee retention does not seem to be a priority. Overall, the company feels like it’s struggling and heading in the wrong direction.
