Coworkers are (mostly) great. Plenty of opportunity to work on somewhat interesting problems and own a good chunk of the work.

Cons

...there's plenty of work because it's an etch-a-sketch the twins shake whenever it's not what they want. Company is severely handicapped from every producing mature, stable features and is dwindling in volume and market share. WLB is terrible if that's your thing; weekend work is the norm, <1 week "P-0 deadlines," etc
