Gemini has built an amazing credibility and branding for themselves. Great benefits Nice office

Cons

Always putting the wrong people in charge of the spaceship, that’s why it keeps preparing for launch, but never actually takes off. They need a much more rigorous hiring process, bringing in leaders who genuinely raise the bar, add immediate value, and strengthen the team rather than dilute it. Many of us already saw this coming from the way things were being run but who are we to influence those decisions? Very sad because Gemini has so much potential...
