Some really great, smart people at the individual contributor level

Unempowered middle managers, with really toxic practices/culture at the highest level of leadership. Company morale follows the price of Bitcoin. Gemini really took a dark turn in 2022 and never justified their original company culture and values against the new, brutal Amazon/Tesla obsessed leadership where taking credit for short-term independent production and finding a scape goat for blame is the only value.
