Big corporation. Lack of accountability. Talented team members, but poor management.

Pros

Good pay negotiable. Yearly bonuses. Many coworkers are very talented, and you can learn a lot from them. Not much of a work-life balance because of working across multiple time zones.

Cons

The company is managed in a top-down approach, and leadership is resistant to shifting toward a product-focused direction, remaining overly sales-driven. Management is often arrogant and you need to be resilient.
