Relaxed pace but able to learn alot of stuff especially about product engineering and shipping products to the US people.

Cons

Work may be repetitive since its just product. Req > figma > product > test > ship and repeat. Bonus are in form of vested shares.

Cons

Typical office politics from senior members of the team. Managers from on-site treat offshore people badly. Showcasing grudge on the hike cycle is pretty common. Worklife balance is very bad.
