We appreciate the time you took to leave a review and are glad to hear that you have a great manager who supports your development. The company does provide manager training to all levels of managers and do have some of our strongest managers provide certain trainings which will allow our management team to be strong and supportive to their direct reports. Whether it be surveys or management training, we look to always make stronger and more supportive managers.
