Thank you for your comment and good feedback about our culture and work environment. We did want to clarify one point: GenScript does not have an office in The Hague. Our local HR team is expected to be very familiar with our office setup and locations. Thus we’re unable to confirm that this review reflects an actual experience within our HR team here. That said, we take comments about workload and compensation, and we continuously review both to stay competitive and ensure a healthy work environment.
