      Pros

      Free lunch, although options are limited and it's usually cold by the time you're allowed to step out of the lab to eat.

      Cons

      Management does not care about you. HR does not care about you. Employees come and go, and they do not listen to their employees. We were routinely assigned work over our stated capacity and all pleas fell on deaf ears. Work here if you need to get your foot in the door, but get out as soon as you find a better job.

      There doesn't appear to be much room for growth. The work can become monotonous.

      Thank you for your comments and there is a plan in place to allow for quicker career development opportunities in order to have our internal talent continue to take advantage of promotional opportunities.
