      Thank you for enjoying your experience working with your colleagues as it is important team dynamics are strong and I am sorry to hear that you worked at night, but did not receive a raise. Our promotion policy is based on many factors, including performance and management looks at these factors when promoting employees.

      Lots of great people to work with, clueless GM

      Pros

      Most of the people are great.

      Cons

      "Contract to hire" for entry positions, most people don't last 6 months to be eligible. Pay is competitive with Walmart and doing well does not get you hired, they only open a few positions per year to convert from contract to employee. Just downsized, and planning to replace more people with staff brought over from China. High demands and no support from upper management.
