Thank you for sharing your feedback and I am apologizing for the negative experience you have encountered. Just very recently, our Leadership team was required to attend a Leadership training where 3 of our top managers shared their stories that showcase why they may be perceived as strong, supportive managers. We hope our leaders follow this lead as we understand that our culture needs to change so that employees are treated with dignity and not just like a number.

Thank you for sharing your feedback and it is refreshing to hear that the opportunities and mentor/peer relationship was positive. We are reviewing our compensation compared to industry standards and will learn where we lay once the analysis is complete.
