      Pros

      Great pay, decent Christmas bonuses, weekends and holidays off, great coworkers, lots of company lunches. Owner listened to ideas and advice about business decisions.

      Cons

      My cons about this business are really my own fault. Business and personal should never be mixed. Lesson learned.
