      Pros

      Fast-paced environment in which you'll learn a lot quickly. Hardware enabled SaaS businesses mean deep customer relationships and interesting problems to work on all the time.

      Cons

      Sometimes work late nights because of international customer demands.

As we grow our international customer presence our goal is to continue to grow our international employee presence as well. We hope this will improve the amount of time some of our US employees spend supporting international customers.

      Pros

      The team at Genea is a hardworking and supportive bunch. Upper management has offered, on numerous occasions, to answer any questions I may have. I've felt a strong sense of appreciation for my work on multiple occasions, which is always an energy booster when sincere. The pay could always be higher, but it seems equitable thus far.

      Cons

      There's a learning curve that some might find daunting to navigate. Sometimes you might feel like you're wandering through the dark to find the "ah-ha" light switch. But again, there are resources to help.

      Pros

      Everyone's super friendly, flexible with working from home, company is growing and it is open for people to try new skills/positions, everyone has an authentic desire to do their job well, improve the product and provide an above-average customer experience, they handled the pandemic well and made sure to ask employees' opinions before making any permanent decisions, generous PTO,

      Cons

      During COVID, the company experienced a lot of growth and is going through growing pains including trouble staffing accordingly for some departments. There are always going to be things to improve on but there seems to be a genuine interest in fixing things that aren't working and enhancing the employee experience.
