      - supportive colleagues despite challenges - good product for market fit - open to remote work

      Cons

      - poor management - no room for growth because promotions are made at whim - colleagues are pitted against each other rather than encouraged to grow together - claim to value transparency and communication but fail disturbingly at both - constantly changing responsibilities, comp plans, and management structure without communication - exec team invalidating and gaslighting over legitimate concerns - HR dismissed thoughts, advice, and experience

      The team is very kind, caring, and will help you whenever you need it. I was recently onboarded and it has been a great experience since the beginning. Everything is very organized and the company is definitely growing.
