Pros

Great team environment - Everyone I've worked with here is genuinely helpful. When things get busy, people just jump in and help out without any drama. Makes coming to work pretty enjoyable. Solid cross-team setup - We work well with both our US and India teams daily, and the company brings the US team together at the Irvine office a couple times a year. It's nice to actually meet the people you work with face-to-face instead of just over Teams calls. Leadership that makes sense - Our CEO and management team actually follow through on our core values. It's not just for show - you see it in how everyone works together, regardless of their position. Room to grow - I've already seen a few people get promoted or move to different departments that fit them better. Management actually listens when you want to try something new, which is pretty cool. Purpose in the work - It's nice working on something that actually helps solve real problems for our clients.

The team in Genea is highly skilled and will motivate you always to be your best. You can expect the best work life balance here.

Cons

You'll never be free there. You will always have something new to work on, which is definitely a positive side. But it could be negative for some people who might feel overwhelmed.
