Genentech Quality Control Associate II reviews

Take my thoughts with a grain of salt - it is such a huge company that each department will have it's own unique pros/cons. Mine had frustrating upper management that seemed to make decisions to our work schedule or staff numbers caring more about their own performance reviews that the actual impact to ergo issues or sustainability following the ripple effects of their decisions.

The organization does a lot of restructuring every few years. I noticed recently there's been quite if few executive management leaving Genentech for other companies. It is also hard to get certain changes pushed through because processes that impact the network also need to be vetted with other sites. My particular site is known to be more conservative, which may have ultimately resulted it is current day situation.
