Good Company

Business Outlook

Pros

You get to experience a company culture and as a contractor, we were treated well along with their FTE. It's hard to move up as it seems everyone is in competition to get ahead, especially if you are a contractor seeking a full time position role.

Cons

Felt like high school, contractors had a strict guideline to stick too because you could be reported to the contractor's company without being told why. The supervisors or managers arent allowed to deal with situations that happen in the office, if you get in trouble you are watched
