-good products -good salary -talented field force

Cons

-MBO instead of sales goal bonus now -vacation policy not the best. 18 days and then 6 week sabbatical after 6 years, but must take 6 weeks all at once. Would be better if 6 weeks added to your vacation balance instead or extra week/year (hard for family to get away for that long)
