      Fosters growth and provides opportunities to learn skills out of your position.

      Cons

      Manufacturing management and politics are the worst. It’s best if you move out of manufacturing into more technical positions.

      Familial environment with coworkers, great culture around doing the right thing and continuous learning

      Cons

      Roche acquisition began to take shape in 2017 and beyond, folks were retiring/leaving after Roche managers and requirements were being integrated

      Good pay and outstanding benefits. 6 week paid sabbatical every 6 years. Excellent culture.

      Can be tough to advance due to limited management positions.
