Pros
In the seven years I was there, I received amazing training in everything from task/job-specific to more general learning like public speaking and change management issues. I learned so much within my field and got worked to the bone, but the health benefits and other employee perks made it worth it.
Cons
My department AND the company went through massive changes, so if you do not know how to roll with change, this place may not be for you. They are innovative and moving and changing all the time, it seems. I had quite a few role and management changes. The overall department we were umbrella'd under also changed and then we went global (no longer just a USA-centric company).
