Pros
Competitive compensation, great family feel (at least in my department), leadership supported development, work with purpose (our patients), transparent leadership, overall good culture and talented colleagues. I really felt like I was making a difference here!
Cons
Some departments are lean in size, meaning some employees were overworked. However, on the upside, this meant more responsibility and development opportunities.
