Flexible schedule, on site amenties, gym, health care, cafeterias, concierge service, dry cleaning

Cons

The company overall offers great benefits and salaries in comparison to other companies. However, the overall culture and policies do extend to all departments. The department i currently work for operates within its own jurisdiction and primary concern is about performance and saving money at the expense of employee morale. It is difficult to get out of the department if you have not had opportunities to participate in projects or job rotations.

Cons

Trying to maintain independence in spite of being a "subsidiary of Roche" Manager's discretion in managing personnel, not always conducive or supportive for employees Not everyone is managed correctly

Pros

Rich in resources. Everyone is top notch. There are many opportunities to do what you sincerely feel is most interesting to you and most impactful on patients w/in your skill set or stretch zone. They really take care of the employees in so many ways.

Cons

There is a high bar for peer interaction. It can be challenging for Introverts on the commercial side. I'm not sure about the science or manufacturing side of the business.
