Pros

Cafeteria food is good and the prices are reasonable

Cons

- Unless you showboat or brownnose, you will be going NOWHERE here.  Talent gets left behind, undeveloped, and often stays on the front line. - High level of manipulation, insecurity and favoritism from Sr Leadership, as they cherry pick whom they want to fill open roles.  There is a high level of finger pointing from them as well as lack of accountability. - Patient data must be handled better.  A former Foundation Leader set a bad example during a system transition, which set an incorrect precedent for data handling.

Pros

Lots of really great, smart, and highly motivated people. Great benefits.

Cons

Despite claiming to have a speak-up culture, I have seen many people experience negative effects from speaking up. It can also be really hard to change how management perceives you, especially if you have a bad reputation.
