Effectively assimilated by Roche and now just another mega-corp; pay is slightly below market rate as they see themselves as “the Harvard of industry.” Senior management makes big slash and burn cuts irrespective of contribution or potential, and pipeline is deeply questionable

The push for transformational changes about once every two years seems to have created more complexity and not resulted in improved efficiencies in terms of delivering to our customers/patients with greater speed and quality. In fact some recent re-orgs have discarded the lessons learned and improvements from previous transformations and instead invested time in reinventing the wheel instead of improving the wheel.
