      Pros

      -Parent company continues to be solid -Global teams, while challenging, pull together to innovate -Good benefits I would recommend Genentech SSF but stay away from Hillsboro

      Cons

      HIT Leadership team is dysfunctional and site as a whole takes pride in a start-up mentality which really translates into acting like amateurs. Support functions are treated like second class citizens. Manager was totally disengaged during onboarding and off boarding was not different. HR seriously needs to wake up and provide support for this site as well as requiring leadership accountability.
