Pros

This is a great company to work for, they have good projects/opportunities, and the work environment is very positive.

Cons

The temporary employees are not provided with health insurance. Also, the pay is lower than expected and lower than some other companies given the high cost of living in the bay area.

Pros

Entrepreneurial, focus on patients and well-being of the employees. Work-life balance is rest assured unless you work on tech transfer projects. Opportunity to grow in the company is massive, especially after Roche took over

Cons

Unless you are in research and development, there is not much autonomy given. If you are persuasive enough, you can be granted side projects, which makes work would be much more interesting. As the company becomes bigger, bureaucracy is increasing.
