-Great products and pipeline -Competitive pay and benefits -Really smart people -Good work/life balance overall, but depends on the specific group -Development focus (although uncertain if this will still be true with all the org changes)

Cons

I question senior leadership's decision-making for how to restructure and who to displace. Genentech is losing a lot of great talent in the process. The major reorg means significant uncertainty and chaos to be expected for the next year or 2 as the organization figures out how to work together.
