Pros

The patients and families that are helped by our therapies are always number one. Employees who feel that way will just thrive here. You're also surrounded by great management, smart people, all in a very casual work environment. Its great to work in an environment without a lot of rules or processes.

Cons

Its not necessarily a downside, but you do have to work hard here. This isn't a place where you can expect to do JUST what your job description reads.

Great people, top-notch research. It is a great place for a fresh-out-of-college/graduate school student to work or do an internship.

Cons

Working in San Francisco has it downsides. Traffic getting in/out of the city is usually terrible and living in the city is typically not something a college student can afford.
