      Pros

      resource....upper management consist of people who are truly experts in their field....management handled the roche merger very well...highly efficient, highly collaborative...great place to live (Bay Area)

      Cons

      as with all work places, there are those who got to where they are by KA or riding coat-tails...frustration and work load is very high for those at the bottom of the totem pole

      Lots of nepotism or incompetent leadership in departments like CISM Mid management is disconnected from the leadership and troops The transition to Roche appears to be making it worse as the good people leave the organization The percentage of C players is rising due to the flight of A players
