people are motivated by providing drugs to patients, emergency day care, small appreciations such as cappuccino makers in each floor, easy access cafeterias around campus, parties and appreciation gatherings,
Cons
Too many decision making bodies. Very large and siloed effect taking place. Clin Ops group seems to have been scared into 'it's not in my job discription ' from sr. manager who punished for going outside the job dx instead of rewarding for it.
