Great experience, good benefits and good pay.

Cons

Must be contracted to get through. Currently no permanent positions opened and there won't be one in awhile due to the Roche merger, therefore no room for growth.

good management, timeline is mostly aggressive, nice supports from contractor workers, nice pay. people may start to worry about what roche will bring to PD.

Cons

promotion is tough maybe never.
