Great Company bad Management

Pros

Great perks like buses, concerts , food, campus college feeling.

Cons

Management hires scientists as managers. not people managers. HR is not to help employee but the employee. I don’t know if it’s the environment I work in but non-whites tend to work harder than white people and the white people get rewarded for doing less.

Benefits, compensation, free giveaways, special events.

Cons

Poor promotion opportunities. The require work in office 3 days a week for employees that do not need to be there to do their work. This forces employees in the East Bay to commute 2-4 hours each day for no benefit.
