Good science, fun culture and good benefits

Cons

They pride themselves on being “nice”, but this “niceness” is just a cover for being passive. Unfortunately this passiveness often manifests in the form of office gossip, a lack of direct feedback, and high levels of insecurity within management. Stay away if you don’t like to bootlick.
