Pros

Some general managers who recognize confidence and effort

Cons

Direct hiring managers have little knowledge on the visceral nature of black culture. They pad it as tone and use their power to sway perception and keep from converting one to full time out of fear. A visceral and emotional spirit means eagerness and excitement but the hiring team breeds lack of perception and construct a mold of conformity that does not suit a diverse or equitable culture.

Pros

Many smart, capable people working here. You are always challenged and have interesting things to work on. Patient focus and drive to produce life-saving products. Great experience.

Cons

Wholly owned by Roche. The parent company is slowly dismantling the US portion of the biotech company that started a generation of companies. They have systematically down-sized the American plants since the acquisition.
