Pros
Genentech truly cares about their employees and ensuring we have what we need to do our best work for our patients. Genentech also believes in D&I and has set up many initiatives to ensure everyone has an equal opportunity. People are great to work with, the work environment is fantastic to ensure our best work, and of course, the benefits are amazing.
Cons
Like many companies (but maybe not so much in Tech), sometimes it can be challenging to move up the ladder due to lack of available upward avenues but there are many options to move laterally.
