Toxic Work Environment/Bad Management

- Excellent on-site mental health and wellness counselling service that provides tremendous assistance for dealing with toxic management. - Great Career Lab counsellors that understand employee skills and provide outside of the box thinking.

Cons

- Ubiquitos pattern of favoritism that results in and trumps discrimination and harrassment must be addressed. - This company has a fear-based management mentality that excludes qualified workers, ambitious individuals and honest employees. - Questioning, creativity and accountability are frowned upon, discouraged and punished rather than rewarded. - Sycophants manage up and do not develop teams. Real work is never rewarded. - Absolutely no translatable skills developed here. People just brown-nose and receive a new job title. Real work goes to consultants.

Food, events, smart colleagues, nice product with great market fit

Cons

I was constantly sexually harassed by one of the scientists. He just started in July 2018, and now I hate coming to work because every time I see him, I have flashbacks

I love the cafeteria and gym!

The only reason to work here are the fringe benefits- great cafeteria and gym.

Cons

No possibility for advancement, extreme lack of innovation, excessive bureaucracy, and high school like clique atmosphere. Very poor leadership direction and refusal to take even the smallest of risks. This place is only staying in business based on it's successes in the 90s and early 2000s. With loss of patent exclusivity of all it's primary money makers, the money will dry out shortly.
