Wonderful people, amazing health benefits, sabbatical, competitive comp and salary, ability to be autonomous, and a lot of flexibility.

Cons

Lots of changes happening within the organization. As a result, a lot of people have been let go.

Sabbaticals every 6 years of employment. Good annual bonuses if your supervisor is proactively supporting you.

Cons

To obtain promotions, there are many politics and hurdles to jump over. Employees are not honest with management and are intimidated to bring up relevant issues and concerns. Management tends to withhold information when asked direct questions from employees.
