      Pros

      Great benefits from health insurance to monthly parties (Annual Giveback concert) Cool facilities - brand new gym, several cafeterias w/ good food ride share/buses Well established company Your experience will greatly depend on what part of the organization you work for

      Cons

      Going through a lot of change Some get lucky and often great talent is pigeon held or overlooked inexperienced mgmt in mfg. mfg support groups to underpaid no training for management, people are just promoted and not trained on how to support and develop their employees. Certain parts of the organization is better supported (funded) than others.

      Solid company. Good work environment to work in.

      Cons

      Difficult to laterally move within the company. It's the only company I've ever work at that took their work force that was through staffing agencies and made them interview for a full time position. I've typically worked through a staffing agency and if they like you then the just hire you on with the company.
