Great pipeline. Talented, passionate employees that sacrifice work/life balance to ensure projects run successfully. Most patient focused agendas in the industry.

Cons

Many middle level/people managers don't carry their weight from a workload perspective. Too many offsite/overnight meeting commitments - starts to feel like a cult by the end of the year.
