      Pros

      Excellent benefits and compensation, stable company, and good work/life balance. The retirement plan in particular is better than any company I'm aware of in the Bay Area.

      Cons

      Lots of long term employees who've been in the same position for 15 or 20 + years who don't pull their weight leading to an environment where hard workers get completely burnt out to benefit those long term employees. People are often kept in the same position with growth discouraged.

      Pros

      -Excellent starting place after graduating college to get your "foot in the door" and learn cGMP and manufacturing process -Management is friendly

      Cons

      -Started off as a contractor and took almost 2 years to get converted to full time. -Competitive environment -No career development

      Lots of talent but little motivation to feel moving.

      Pros

      Great company, great pay. The campus is nice and there is always something cool every day you hear or learn about. The general feeling is one of happy people and making a difference.

      Cons

      The contract workers are a huge part of the company and do most of the important manufacturing work. Unfortunately the company recently has slowed down to almost a halt with hiring contract workers, making it difficult for some areas to maintain the motivation and incentives for good work. Lots of talent is leaving the company doors without ever having the company really take a look at them.
