Pros

Colleagues are extremely smart and kind. Pay is fairly good and benefits are excellent. Work/life balance is achievable with a bit of flexibility.

Cons

Too many risky investments --> company outlook is not as stellar as it could be. Low accountability can lead to low impact work. Lots of mid- to late-career employees, so career advancement difficult.
