Amazing potential to build skills through training, seminars, peer instruction. The team I am working with is very much about inclusion with all levels...there is no feeling of superiority and a great deal of respect. Creating my own challenges to build better support is an opportunity I enjoy. The company embraces ideas that will streamline and benefit the organization.

Cons

The company is very motivated to support individuals ability to have a 'life balance'. It might be advantageous to ask managers to understand how that balance looks across the team and assess those who might be taking advantage.

I can't think of any except that the career path for my role (admin) is very short. Need to hire more diversity

I had a wonderful time working for Genentech, despite not feeling a good fit for the position I was in.

I was able to grow and learn, be able to go to school on the company, to be able to move to better and greater position. Wonderful team work, also fun to work for Company and Team.

Cons

My only con, is there isn't work-life balance, you are most times overwhelmed.
