      Too political Backstabbing culture If you tell the truth and try to make this organization more agile, you are denigrated and maligned

      Used to be a great company, still good but not the same

      Close to home, sabbatical given, great people to work with,

      Cons

      Culture has changed since acquisition by Roche, lots of talented experience people have since left. benefits are nowhere to what it was, stock price sucks.
