Pros

Nice campus with great gym, cafeterias, and other facilities. Commuter bus system has plenty of routes and pick up time options. Good 401k program.

Cons

Instead of creating efficiency, directors create a complicated bureaucracy where individuals are forced to check in with numerous peer stakeholders. Simple tasks end up taking years. Dismissive, condescending personalities rampant in middle management level. Culture is extremely hierarchical and “my way or the highway”.

Sometimes large company bureaucracy/admin issues, but nothing really negative, more so just annoyances/formalities.
