      Opportunities for advancement, great coworkers, managers provided flexibility and autonomy

      Cons

      Return to work policies post covid were pretty strict in some departments despite the ability of some positions to function just as well in a fully remote capacity.

      Pros

      Work with great people, company promotes work life balance. The stability of the company is a major benefit. Flexibility in the workplace can be very good.

      Cons

      Sometimes lack of accountability from people doesn't get noticed by management. Compensation packages are not the best in the industry.

      benefits flexible hours low key, culture is still exist depending on the site you work at

      Cons

      cut cost, management is no longer there to support you. The ability to help or develop the individual is no longer exist. 'They throw you under the bus and let you die. It's all about cover the management "CYA' but they will take your job and make it theirs. No credits or appreciation, bonuses no longer exists, more layers than it should have been. NO development plans for employee or recognition for job well done.
