Cons

Meaningful development opportunities are hard to come by. (Key word meaningful) Since it's a very large company each department is very specialized, so gaining new skills within your department is limited. But that kinda comes with the territory of working for a huge company. Commercial manufacturing is slated to leave SSF in the near future.
