Good salaries, collaborative environment, the RAs are still getting stocks/options from Roche (parent company), awesome benefits and a robust pipeline.

Cons

There is an attempt for "360 reviews" where the employees can review their boss. In many cases, this has led to retribution from the boss -- Upper management needs to think if the benefits outweigh the costs here.
