Good pay for position, with great benefits, can learn a lot of different skills if you ask educational questions, and plenty of overtime

Cons

Sometimes notice of mandatory overtime is on the short side. Can be difficult to move up in position within or to get pay raises.

For what the job was it was fantastic, four 10 hour days, it was mandatory Friday overtime and the salary for the job was fine.

Cons

Long days and difficult to have bathroom breaks that aren't on the schedule break times.
