Too much forced overtime. Don’t expect to move up in this company unless you are sucking up to a higher up because favoritism is huge here. Higher ups are out of touch. They don’t listen to suggestions to help fix anything. The warehouse is a mess and so is the yard. Half of the forklifts and other machines that you need to do your job is always broken down. They also don’t take safety concerns sadly so if you get hurt, that’s on you. Expect to work 5 ten hour shifts every week and every other Saturday. Over this is not a good place to work long term at all.

Can't keep hr staff. Can't keep floor workers. Favorites are played, so if you don't know someone you'll never get promoted. They can't keep to a single attendance policy, they just messed vacations and holidays all up. And they told us a week before Easter that it won't be paid nor allowed to work and that if we want to get paid for the day we're supposed to work but aren't getting holiday pay... We'd have to use our vacation days... Which are earned magically throughout the year. If you have an issue with anyone you work with (like threats or harassment) they have a lot of rugs to sweep things under and nothing changes.
